An anonymous top Jio executive has confirmed that Jio recharge packs will be the most affordable and that 5G services will be optional.
He added that smartphones and tablets with 5G capabilities would automatically show the availability of Jio's 5G network. Jio has outlined plans to begin deploying 5G services in a few locations around Diwali and finish the rollout across the country by the end of 2023.
